Keys on keyboard stick due to debris accumulated around keys.
Cause:
Dust, dirt and other materials have collected around and under the keys, or the springs may be bent.
Solution:
Gently remove the key(s) and clean the area around them with a dampened cotton swab
1) Identify the keys that stick.
2) Turn off the computer.
3) Using a paper clip, carefully pry off the key(s) identified in step 1).
4) Do one of the following:
a) Dampen a cotton swab with warm water and wipe the debris away from the area surrounding the key(s).
WARNING: DO NOT use a dampened cotton swab on the keyboard while the computer is still on.
b) If the keyboard is an older model, look for bent springs, and carefully straighten them.
5) Carefully place the key cap back on the keyboard with your finger tip.
